Thriller is a genre of fiction in which tough, resourceful, but essentially ordinary heroes are pitted against villains determined to destroy them, their country, or the stability of the free world.
Part of the allure of thrillers comes from not only what their stories are about, but also how they are told. High stakes, non-stop action, plot twists that both surprise and excite, settings that are both vibrant and exotic, and an intense pace that never lets up until the adrenalin packed climax.

Evaluation Part 1 (Planning)

As initial planning of our evaluation we looked at the 7 questions which we will have to answer:

1) In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
2) How does your media product represent particular social groups?
3) What kind of media institutions might distribute your media product and why?
4) Who would be the audience for your media product?
5) How did you attract/address your audience?
6) What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?
7) Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression for it to the main task?

Me and Lew have spent the lesson planning out our response to question 1 creating a set of lists divided into different the three different categories inside question one. How it uses, challenges, and develops conventions. Using this devised we have structured a possible response to question one which we shall later develop into an essay.
