Thriller is a genre of fiction in which tough, resourceful, but essentially ordinary heroes are pitted against villains determined to destroy them, their country, or the stability of the free world.
Part of the allure of thrillers comes from not only what their stories are about, but also how they are told. High stakes, non-stop action, plot twists that both surprise and excite, settings that are both vibrant and exotic, and an intense pace that never lets up until the adrenalin packed climax.

Editing (I)

Today we started editing our thriller opening, and roughly drafted together 24 seconds of the whole 2.00 video. Although this is only rough due to marking out this part we were able to decide on some shots to use later. Also during the lesson we were able to decide on some parts of footage to use later on in the opening. During this however we were able to notice a few shots we missed filming last monday an therefore need to film these as soon as possible.
As you can see theres a gap towards the start of our thriller, this is due to us missing the opening footage. Which although is a quick thing to film, without it the start of our thriller is incomplete, we are already organizing times and date when this filming can be done. Another piece we have left to get is the recording of background noise, as our cafe was so noisy we have decided to dub over the audio to get a clearer cleaner sound. Therefore we need background noise to place under the audio, to get this during the next week were going to head to Starbucks a recognized cafe to record. The reason behind this is the cafe we were recording in was not only noisy it also had music playing which i believe would distract from the narrative.
