Thriller is a genre of fiction in which tough, resourceful, but essentially ordinary heroes are pitted against villains determined to destroy them, their country, or the stability of the free world.
Part of the allure of thrillers comes from not only what their stories are about, but also how they are told. High stakes, non-stop action, plot twists that both surprise and excite, settings that are both vibrant and exotic, and an intense pace that never lets up until the adrenalin packed climax.

Props

Saturday 29th of september

In our initial filming we used a small amount of threatening props.
this was because  we didn't want to over crowd the setting and saturate it with unnecessary information.
By using fewer props it was possible to focus more onto the action.

Props used.

  • 4x balaclavas

  • 1 crowbar

  • one long handled sprocket

To give our film the grimy organized crime feel we used matching balaclavas made from simple beanie hats. and also used two large metal objects, these were to add more of a threatening feel into the scene;Showing mod members mean  business.
By only giving weapons to the lead members of the gang we hoped to show a sense of control.
